3.1 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely via Paystack and Flutterwave
• We accept payments in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and other currencies as agreed
• Payment receipts are issued upon successful payment
• All payments are made to LERESCO SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY INT. LTD.

3.2 Pricing

• Project pricing is agreed upon in the service contract or proposal
• We offer flexible payment plans: typically 50% deposit and 50% upon completion
• Custom pricing may apply for complex or large-scale projects
• Hosting and maintenance fees are billed separately as agreed

3.3 Invoices and Payment Terms

• Invoices are issued upon project commencement or as scheduled
• Payment is due within 7 business days of invoice date
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund policy

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

• Upon Full Payment: Ownership of the final website/application code transfers to you (the client)
• During Development: All work-in-progress remains the property of LERESCO SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY INT. LTD.
• Proprietary Solutions: Our proprietary solutions, templates, and frameworks remain our intellectual property
• Third-Party Assets: Images, fonts, and libraries are used under license and may have separate usage rights

4.2 Usage Rights

• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio
• You grant us permission to use your project as a case study (with your consent)
• Source code and design assets are provided for your use only
• You may not resell our code or design without written permission

LERESCO SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY INT. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption
• Any damages arising from third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, etc.)

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6.1 Service Level

• We strive for 99.9% uptime for hosted websites
• We provide support during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM WAT)
• Emergency support is available 24/7 for critical issues
• We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services or plugins

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

7.1 Dispute Resolution

• Mediation: We encourage amicable resolution of disputes through mediation
• Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kaduna, Nigeria
• Legal Action: As a last resort, legal action may be taken in Nigerian courts
